Tadoba-Andhari Tiger Reserve is the pristine and unique eco-system situated in the Chandrapur district of the Nagpur, Maharashtra State of India. The Reserve contains some of the best of forest tracks and endowed with rich biodiversity. It is famous for its natural heritage.Today, Tadoba-Andhari Tiger Reserve (TATR) is the second Tiger Reserve in the State after Melghat tiger Reserve. The area of the Reserve is 625 sq.kms. This includes Tadoba National Park, created in 1955 with an area of 116.55 sq.kms and Andhari Wildlife Sanctuary created in 1986 with an area of 508.85 sq.kms. The Reserve also includes 32.51 sq.kms of protected forest and 14.93 sq. km of other areas.

Day 1 –
Pick up from Nagpur/Chandrapur at 10:00 am and transfer to Tadoba national park in private car. Reach Resort by 1:00 pm. Check in and rest. After Lunch Gear up and Leave for 1st Wildlife Safari. Evening Back to Resort. Dinner. Lights off and day ends.

Day 2 –
Early Morning Leave for 2nd Wildlife Safari. Back to Resort and have breakfast. Alternatively you may carry your breakfast on safari only to save on safari time. Post safari back for Lunch. After Lunch Leave for 3rd Wildlife Safari. Evening Back to Resort. Dinner. Lights off and day ends.

Day 3 –
Have breakfast, Check Out luggage. Leave For Chandrapur/ Nagpur junction/airport by Private Vehicle.

• Tadoba Safaris are booked as per the availability of zone at the time of permit booking.

• In case of any change in pricing by the hotel, Forest department, Transport agency at any point of time on tour or before the tour.

• The traveller is required to pay the difference amount before the tour start date.

• Extra charges mentioned above are the Entry permit charges for a weekend are as per the cost defined by the Forest Department.

• For advance booking 50% of the total billing amount has to be paid, the balance amount has to be paid 15 -20 days prior departure.

How to Reach Tadoba

By Air

Tadoba National Park is 140 Km away from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar International Airport, Nagpur. Regular flights fly from Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai and Kolkata to Nagpur. Hire taxis or cabs from the airport to reach the park.

Chandrapur Railway Station is the nearest railhead from the National Park as it is at the distance of 45 Km. Chandrapur railhead is well connected to other major cities like Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai and Jhansi. Taxis and buses are available from railway station to reach the Tadoba Tiger Reserve.
